Hi there, I’m Lauren. I wish I could say I dove into my career with a master plan, but that would be a lie. I've been lucky and I’ve worked really hard. I've partnered with some wonderful people at large global brands and early-stage start-ups, which have since skyrocketed into success. I take none of what I've done for granted and count my lucky stars daily for being able to do what I love every day.

Outside work, I am a mother to a wonderfully curious and cheeky four-year-old named Maeve. After she arrived, I made a deliberate decision to step back from the intensity of full-time brand work and take on projects with smaller companies and in more flexible roles. That time has allowed me to stay connected to the industry, continuing to sharpen my creative and strategic skills, while being present for my family during an important and transitional stage. This was a conscious choice rather than a pause, and I used it to stay active, learn new perspectives from smaller and scrappier teams, and bring a sense of balance and focus to my work.

Three years later, now that my family is in a more stable rhythm, I eager to fully re-engage in a fast-paced collaborative environment again. I’ve really missed being a part of a larger brand story, one that has real influence and purpose. I’m ready for the structure, challenge and long hours that come with building something meaningful with a team I respect and admire.
